About Lone Wolf Salon
It’s always been my dream to open a salon that was inclusive to all hair types and people. There’s not really a lot of that in Bellingham just yet. I also thought it would be cool to open a salon that felt like a hidden oasis that you could escape to for an hour or so while you get pampered.
When Covid-19 struck, I was working in a salon with 21+ stylists and their clients. I knew I had to do something in order to make my clients feel safer and with 10 years of experience in the hairdressing and barbering industry, I felt confidently that I could branch out and run my own business.
I became a hairdresser because I wanted to make a difference. I’ve always wanted to positively impact people somehow and lift them up. There is something really powerful about a good haircut or color that changes how people feel and view/carry themselves. To me, that is the greatest reward.
I’m continuously taking classes to learn new haircutting, coloring, and styling techniques to keep my clients updated. However, I tend to prefer style over trends because as Yves Saint Laurent once said, “Fashions fade, style is eternal”.
